He brings agricultural knowledge, software architecture, and real-world problem solving to every customer relationship — helping growers, consultants, agencies, and agricultural businesses turn complex field, compliance, mapping, irrigation, pest control, and reporting challenges into practical California agricultural compliance software. His focus is on custom SaaS that simplifies daily operations, reduces paperwork, and fits the way agriculture actually operates.

Scott Steinbeck

CTO & Lead Developer

Scott Steinbeck is CTO and Lead Developer for United Tracking Systems and the driving force behind the company’s software innovation. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in agriculture and dairy operations, he has designed and developed UTS platforms from the ground up — helping growers, dairies, consultants, and agricultural organizations manage field operations, dairy compliance, SGMA water tracking, farm mapping, and reporting workflows with greater speed and accuracy.
